Looking for a recommendation: I am looking to do a career pivot into travel and need some GDS. The only GDS training I’ve been able to find is on Udemy and a few on international sites. I have my travel agent certification, so I’m not looking to spend a ton of money on the additional training. Any advise? Sabre Galileo Amadeus

For non-fiction, I recommend Blitzed (about drug addiction in the Nazi regime and its direct impacts on WWII strategy and battles), The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, and Behind the Beautiful Forevers. All very different but eye-opening.
I’d recommend the century trilogy by Ken Follet, although fictional characters, it’s all centered around true historical events. First book takes place during the time of WW1, second is WW2, third is during the Cold War.

Or, Red Notice by Bill Browder, about the first/largest foreign investor in Russia. Very good memoir!
Klara and the Sun by Kazuo Ishiguro. Kind of dystopian future but also very heartwarming. Excellent writing.
