McKinsey referral system glitch?

I got a referral from an EM over a month ago. He says my candidate status showed "turned down" immediately following the submission. He suspects it was because the status from my previous application to McKinsey over 2 years ago got pulled into the system automatically. A friend I’ve had a complicated relationship with (which I recently ended because of a lot of drama and mistreatment) confided recently that she is suicidal. She has no family or close friends and will not go to the hospital. I’m very unwell myself but have gone over there the past two nights. I lost a sibling to suicide a couple of years ago and the idea of her dying because I failed to help destroys me. This person has been abused by police in the past and I can’t imagine calling 911 (con’t)

Need help on how I transition my career from Audit to Management Consultancy. I have only completed BCom and ACCA (UK Chartered Accountant) and have worked for over 2 years at EY.

Joining date for EY India needs to be changed. On Notice now but Present organization is not accepting 60 days and need to serve 90 days. Contacted EY India HR via mail but no response yet. Can anyone tell me the process to get the revised offer letter with new joining dates.

Hi fishes! I recently graduated. I got campus placed as associate analyst consulting in Deloitte in my 5th semester. It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 . Legit they are making us wait for another 6 months....like wtf is thissss!??!????!!!! Your opinion/advice/suggestions are most welcomed!!!
