It has been a month since i received my offer from Capgemini.
However I need to get my joining date changed by a week.
Have dropped multiple mails to the recruiter but yet to receive any response. Not picking calls as well.

Any advise on whom to approach here?

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

I interviewed with PwC for sf dev two weeks back. Last week I called up the HR who got me interviewed for an update on it but she just said that give us some more time we will get back to you. Is it pretty usual in PwC to take this much time?

Has anyone else had a mentor (assigned to them by the Company) who seemed to have it out for you? I mean downright sabotage to make you look bad left and right. I didn’t realize it at first. She was fake friendly, but she was discrete too. Some of the executives thought she was amazing, but I had to clean up her work all the time. She wasn’t above me either on the chain of command. Later I found out she had tried for the exec assistant role and they didn’t choose her, they wanted me instead.

Hi Fishes! I worked at Infosys as technical voice process executive for 2 years but I wanted to change domain or get a better profile so I did Microsoft azure administrator certification. Now I am unaware of how to find jobs with this certification. And when I found some opportunities, they all need 3-4 year experience. My elder brother (2 year elder) and jobless from 8 years (don't want to do anything just sleep all day - he is also a software engineer).

I have to take care of his everything thing which includes his health insurance, his clothes, his daily foods, and other basic things. If i don't do then my mother is getting angry. Also, he Don't respect me and bad mouth about me with our relatives that i am not doing anything for him.
