2. Directors in this bowl - what questions will you ask a potential a senior/mid-senior employee in am interview?
3. Dell/Ex-Dell employees, Kindly share your experience working with the company - How is the career growth & WLB
Thanks
Finished interviewing for an ATS role at Microsoft Wednesday. The interviewers said they were recommending me but I haven’t gotten any feedback from the recruiter. I’m at PwC S& and in consulting I always got at least a verbal yes day of or next day after interviewing. Does anyone know how long this usually takes? Do you get a verbal first or do they wait to have a contract?

Don't have any answers for you other than recruiters always lie.
That’s helpful. Anyone else?
Thanks again. Do you know if they even start you off with a book at all? I’m thinking maybe a small one. Not sure.
I know some. High pressure with restricted upside is my impression. A full team and infrastructure is good. All the tools of UST, BAC and ML is also an upside.
Thanks for that. Seemed to me that you have to have a book or a big network willing to do business with you right away, otherwise you will not succeed. I was told in terms of upside ‘potential’ the avg W2 after 3-5 yrs is 500-700k. While I’m sure that is possible, it doesn’t ‘sound’ like that’s necessarily true. Any other insight that you or anyone else can provide would be great. Thanks!
No way. That number is high. Maybe in NY, Atlanta, LA. Maybe. Take a very close look at the book. Why would the PCA leave that was making that kind of bank? TINSTAAFL
I will say that our companies position us very well to sit at ANY table. That is why it is worth giving up half of our production and the average FA here is a million dollar producer.
If they do, I would want to see very detailed info on it. Local one inherited a book. Not like FA’s, though. You are never “done”.
