Most of the organisation wants immediate joinees, when they have their own notice period as 3 months.

When you have a 3 months notice, your are not so idel candidate.
How do you end grab an offer there ?

Now I am unaware of how to find jobs with this certification. And when I found some opportunities, they all need 3-4 year experience.
