Young professional with 3 years of retail banking experience, 1 year of claims experience, and now roughly 6 months into insurance sales. Between selling in retail banking environment and every month of insurance sales regularly pacing 200% or over to goal. Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

I revised my CTC from JPMC before joining. Now in 1-1 discussion my manager told very nice things about me but also told me that my CTC is already above market standards for my experience and tech stack. He told that they won't be able to justify my pay and gave me SOO. How much is the hike and bonus for SOO rating?

She was fake friendly, but she was discrete too. Some of the executives thought she was amazing, but I had to clean up her work all the time. She wasn’t above me either on the chain of command. Later I found out she had tried for the exec assistant role and they didn’t choose her, they wanted me instead.

Hi Fishes! I worked at Infosys as technical voice process executive for 2 years but I wanted to change domain or get a better profile so I did Microsoft azure administrator certification. Now I am unaware of how to find jobs with this certification. And when I found some opportunities, they all need 3-4 year experience. I dont understand how can I start having no experience working in cloud. If somebody know, please guide me what to do.

I have joined company in Jan 2021 but till May it was internship. From june 2021 it was fulltime. I graduated in 2020. So while switching i should say my YOE as 1.5or 1.

Is it fine to share offer letter of company B(higher compensation than company A) with company A to re-negotiate with company A? As I know it is a confidential document and should not be shown to anyone.

Package almost same with PepsiCo being highest with variable and thermofisher highest as fixed.
