Just completed my HR round for Developer Associate - Java Full Stack role at SAP Labs. I have 3.3 YOE, CCTC 13 fixed, and holding a competing offer of 22 LPA (17.5 fixed + bonus + RSU). I asked for 23LPA fixed and T2.1 role to which she both denied, and said she needs to check with the hiring manager and will get back on how much they can offer. Can anyone please let me know how much can I fairly expect? It would be great if anyone can share the salary range for T1.3 band as well.
