My current DOJ at Infosys was on December 15th now suddenly HR called me and informed that My DOJ has been changed to Jan 1st 2026. Does anyone got similar communication for those have DOJ after Dec 15th. Also is this fine or anything there to panic .

So, I had put money into savings (~$40k) a few weeks back. I know timing the market isn’t good and stuff, but would it make sense to put some of that into an ETF now? The $40k isn’t part of my emergency fund or anything. I just didn’t know where to park the money.
