I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. I am data engineer with 3.8 YOE. I have offers from Accenture (11.5), tcs (11 LPA), wipro (14 LPA) and Publicis sapient (15 LPA).

Now I'm not so good at coding.

But confused bw
-->joining sapient for the sheer fact they would give me a big data project for sure but I fear that they may fire me for my sub par coding skills.

--> joining wipro for the job security, but fear thay if I don't find any big data projects, they may put me in testing/support.

Can someone help in choosing ?
