I'm interviewing for an Portfolio Clinical & Forecasting Analysis (Sr. Associate/Manager) role at Amgen India. Cleared the 1st virtual round with the Director, and my 2nd virtual round is tomorrow.

I've seen quite a few negative reviews on Glassdoor/AmbitionBox around work culture, micromanagement and management quality.

Would really appreciate honest feedback from current or former employees on how things actually are - especially team culture and manager quality.

I am a consultant working in one of the big 4. I have got a call from DE Shaw HR for a role in their Project Finance and Investment Research team focusing on Energy sector? Being an MBA in Finance graduate, I am in a dilemna on which path might be better I the long run -consulting (where I am more of a generalist, taking up random asks from clients and onshore stakeholders) or Project Finance & M&A where role might be more specific.

Saw a job on LinkedIn applied for it and the CEO of the startup reached out to me saying he was game to move to the next stage of the process. Spoke to hiring manager and they even offered another position which matched my skills. Scheduled a full panel interview. Met with the team had a great chat, Founder even said "I guess you can start right away"..Hiring manager calls later says they'll update then boom that generic email hits my inbox. At this point you're just like arrrrrrgh😩

How many days will it take for Wells Fargo to release the offer letter ?
I attended my interview and got shortlisted as well, I just got an email stating congratulations and send us list of documents !! After which When I try contacting the HR, he's not responding !! What do I do in such case !!

I just cleared my AWS Cloud Practitioner exam and am curious whether I should pursue Solutions Architect Associate and/or Developer Associate certificate next. My plan is to get about 7 certificates in the areas that interest me, even though they are not needed for my role. Have you gotten both? Any recommendation to which to pursue first?

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? I've been fortunate to be in a high-paying position in the Los Angeles area and I rarely see comparable positions posted. The comparable positions at my company are filled by one of the big executive search firms.
