Everything is a big zero in this company.. pls don't join and fall into a big trap.. I am a lateral joiner and worked for big banks & service companies in the past.. This is the least rated company out of the companies that I worked for.. They started firing people even before the big banks started their firing spree.. A lot of politics and bootlicking is a daily stuff over here.. Managers favour the long timers & closed circle than talented folks in the team.. Real talent gets laid off or they run off after seeing the pitfalls in here
I have personally seen my work getting written off to a dumhead who plays politics. The only thing they are ever bothered about is increasing their visibility though connection than work. I am also looking to run off this place now. I will keep my sanity you keep your political garbage and keep hoping that things turn around. All the best.
Hire and fire company. There is always ambulance entering or leaving BNY premises with one or the other ananya employee. Just imagine the level of mental torture BNy giving to it’s employees
I would give honest opinion. I worked for around 3 years. Work life balance was good in my team. No job security is not there I have seen ppl suddenly going out of the meeting and we came to know that the person is laid off. One major concern was learning, in my team things were already implemented so most things were built I did not get chance to work on an implementation project from beginning, also ppl will never give you proper KT. Not working on things from scratch showed up when I was interviewing. I faced challenges when I joined new firm due to this.

Salary and Bonus are lucrative however too muchof politics.Manager will only favour who are their bootlickers. If you want exceptions manager will start crying however his favorite will get whatever they want.

I worked for 2 years in Eagle investment team. The team was good at first no issue faced there. but after that boot lickers were praised as manager was changed. My older manager also left with me. Hike at first was good of 15% and 10% but when I left I had taken 7%.
