What should be done in this situation? Will they take the offer letter back when they hear it? Will she be eligible to take maternity? Please answer, she’s in distress.

I have a date over dim sum in a few days. Any recs or tips for staying compliant? Really want to stay OP.
So far my options are salt and pepper shrimp, steamed ribs, chicken feet, and broccoli.
