The profile is Structural Analysis Engineer (FEA, CAE, Mech/Aerospace field). Which Org is good considering work, culture, learning/ exposure, WLB, salary hikes, and growth opportunities?

I just received email to submit documents for Wells Fargo. Before this , haven't had conversation with the HR.
1. Can I mail back asking for the budget they have for this role?
2. Can I keep the current CTC thet he asked as blank and just state my expected CTC in email?
3. He had asked for tenure in the current organisation. Does this affect the hike? My tenure in current organisation is 9 months.

I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role at a company based in SF. I’m genuinely excited about the role and the company but we’ve yet to discuss salary. DXC hired me for Indian client .My job profile on system admin. Work will be on Legacy Technology. Do I get chance to upgrade to cloud and shift to different Client

Most of the review on DXC is negative. How will be job security and work life balance. In most review I see "termination & layoffs." How is current situation in 2022
