Hi All, Today i got a confirmation email from HR that my feedback until now is positive and asked me for documents. Until now they havent me about my expectaion at all actully no communication ever happened. How much should i negotiate given that in my current organization appraisal cycle is going to complete as well.
Also, will they be up for any negotiation in case i reject the offer they gave?
