Hi All,
Today my manager called me and said he will nominate me for H1B as earlier few times I asked him for onsite.

So, can I trust him ? How I can track these things ? Can anyone pls explain a bit more pls?

I'm java backend developer with 6ys of exp at P2.

It is true. Even in my team and my friend who's in a different tram, managers have contacted to nominate for H1B.

The process of H1B is the opposite of transparency. They'll take your details and then you'll be in the dark for months. Finally you'll be notified if you have qualified in the lottery or not.

PS: The chances of getting through the lottery is like 20%. So pls don't keep very high hopes. I wish you all the best.
