Society charges- 1.5k/month (split in 3)
Building cleaning charges- 500/month (split in 3)

Also need an advice on should i submit the counter offer even if i prefer the first organisation only to improve the salary which is less as offered now?

After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off.
