I have been selected by Cargill as an ML engineer, but they are not releasing the offer letter. It has been over a month now after all the negotiations. Can someone tell me what is the typical amount of time they take for releasing it?

I had my Technical interview with SALESFORCE on Dec2 for DevOps engineer - MTS . I haven't heard from them if I am selected or rejected. The career portal is still in " interview" status. HR won't reply. What to Do ? . How long will it take for Salesforce to conduct interviews??

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I am currently a care coordinator with one of the big insurance companies. I want off the phone, I have been applying for Rn jobs in utilization but have not gotten the last 5-6-7 I applied for, I lost count… I am thinking more analytics and business side of things now. I finished my MSN LM to maybe stand out from the large amount of applicants they get. BUT I have no experience in analytics.. so I have a chance? I’m a recruiter who would like to eventually pivot to HR but I don’t have an HR degree. I’m considering pursing a Masters degree however am torn between HR or Org Psych/Org Development. Would love to hear folks’ perspective of either degree!

I failed my first exam and now I am having a difficult time gaining the focus and drive I once hard to study and seat for another… did anyone went through that same thing or similar how did you over come that? I tend to set high expectations for myself and get overwhelm when those expectations are not met… but I’m working on that.
