Will an employee be terminated while on a PIP due to RTO requirements, even if the employee is attending the office daily and has been consistently improving their RTO compliance percentage? initially it was only 7 percent and now he has improved to 17% and still has one more month to complete the PIP or is it better to search for a job outside IBM

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
Maybe it is "standard chewing out" but it bothered me a lot. So much that I find myself still getting all fired up inside thinking about it...
Idk how to let go of this :/ Thoughts?

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.

IBM wants to retain me, manager told me told withdrawal the paper. But still didn't get the revised offer/promotion letter? So before withdrawal will not get yhe letter from ibm?
