• Role: Cyber Security - M2
• CTC: 26 LPA (6 LPA variable, paid annually)
2nd Bangalor- Mid-level IT Services Company
• Role: SME
• CTC: 28.5LPA (10% variable)
I am seeking advice on whether | should prioritize the brand value, stability, and longterm career growth with ICICI Bank, or opt for the High fix Salary.
