I have completed my tcs interview and I am now waiting for the HR discussion.my tech stack Gcp Data engineer and y.o.e 4.4 ,my last CTC 6 lpa and
1. I would like to know what salary I should ask during HR discussion in tcs
2 .I'm also hearing mixed reviews about TCS,so I want to know wheteher good to join in TCS or wait for another offer, now immidiate joiner currently no offers in Hand

In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

Got a temp offer for less than a year without promise of turning into full-time. Wanted to know what ppl think about temp jobs (looks bad on resume if I don't turn full-time later within the company?) and what comp should look like (e.g. 1.2× of regular comp?).

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.

When can I expect a call from tcs hr for HR discussion.after technical i got mail to upload the documents in the portal for initiating offer.

I had Technical and Managerial discussion with TCS on 2 sept. I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. Any idea if they will be sending an offer?
