Also, what are the chances tbat i will get an offer letter although delayed, are there cases where offer letter is not issued for internal reasons?

Wow has TCS agreed for 33LPA CTC for 10yoe... And here I am working in TCS for 11 years and 1/3rd CTC of that. What is the techstack that ur working?
All companies provide that type of hike for lateral joiners. But for those who stay long in a company won't get any such hike..
Wats s ur expected ctc...and current ctc ?

Brother in my opinion you will get the offer in couple of weeks but after offer when your notice period will complete all the formalities they will appropriately but will not give you joining. In my case my joining date was 3-Oct-2022 but still did not get joining
I got the TCS offer exactly after a month. If they have agreed to pay the expected CTC on your last call.
Then they ll. Please be patient and stay in touch with your recruiter.
