Hi..Need likes for DM activation.
PwC A recruiter from PWC reached out to me to ask if I’d consider a different office the one I applied to, since it’s full. It would be Boston, Hartford, Chicago, Minneapolis, Little Rock, Denver, San Francisco or San Jose. MSA candidate. Is there a fully remote option? Do you have to be in the office all the time? Is the compensation high at PWC? Is there a possible moving expenses? Any insight or advice would help me make a decision. Thank you!

Typical manager response
U don’t get fired. It’s probation
This may be controversial, but if i give someone a 4, I want them to start looking for a new job
If you get a 5 you get walked out
If you got a tier 4, it’s either because you coach/RL thought that’s what you were, or that HR made the recommendation and your coach/RL didn’t fight against it. It may be tough but i would consider having a meaningful conversation with them to get their feedback, regardless of if you choose to stay or not
How long of an absence?
Yes, I’ve seen it done.
Yes what ^
Crt results aren’t out yet. How do you know your rating. If you are rated the same or lower coming out of the new one then my guess is they say no. If you improved they probably say Ok .
Yes I’ve seen sabbaticals taken by tier 4s
Is a 4 that bad? A 5 must be true Armageddon. You’d figure if you were rated that low you’d have a idea before the performance year finished.
I’ve never actually seen anyone get a 5 in practice. If you’re performing worse than a 4, you’re fired
Is the your relationship leader / coach part of the reason you might get a tier 4? Or is mostly HR? I just found out I got a tier 4 and feel totally blindsided. I decided recently that I wanted to leave the firm and I guess this just speeds up the process...
