Is $140k base with $50-70k bonus a good OR average pay for sales manager with 1 direct report and a dozen indirect rep organizations?

I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)
How do I go about raising this concern? I believe I should be paid more now and at least change my job title?

Being on salary and in sales selling farm equipment, we are based on 40 hour pay week. M-F. Can your employer make you come in on Saturday’s?

I started a new role 3 months ago and I don’t feel like I’m being set up to succeed. There was basically no onboarding. I have no clue who to go to for anything. Hi Everyone - Need some insights. My PERM process was started by company in Feb’22 (currently awaiting wage determination, submitted to DOL in May’22). Its been months and DOL is working on requests from Jan’22. My H1B expires for good in Oct’23 (with all the recapture). Is there any chance I’ll have my PERM completed by then? No WD certification.
