Thanks! But its strange because I've heard many new VPs getting hired in 70s LPA. So I thought Directors should be over a crore.

Even newly joined VP 3 are not getting above 65 no matter how niche skills they bring. I have seen cyber security guy getting max 62 as VP with 16 yrs exp.

Thanks for sharing the insight. Maybe in cybersecurity they aren't paying that much. AE, RQA I know have VPs less than 10 yrs of exp. making higher 60s already. Of course it will vary but I think the range has got a lot wider ever since recalibraion in 2023.
