What will be the in-hand salary

Hi
I have a current CTC of 6.6 and Mastercard is offering 8.9 (including variable ) . I also have an offer from infosys of 10 ( including variable). Which one should I pick considering work life balance and appraisal.My entire doubt is that will they bring me on market rate after appraisals as currently they are not offering very good hike.

Hey, My interview is scheduled next week with exl for the post of data analyst (python & Tableau) . I just wants to know how many rounds are in the interview process. And what kind of questions will be asked..And i already told them that I'm expecting a 100% hike which is 7 lakhs/Annum. Was that too much? Any help would be appreciated ThanksEXL Service

To get your salary moving northwards fast, you need to do 2 things. 1. Win awards - Cannes, One Show, D&AD preferably. 2. Change agencies every 2 to 3 years. Because you’ll never get fairly remunerated staying in the same agency. This is the reality. And yes it’s not fair
Selfish question: How much should a mid-weight be making?
Stupid question but I assume you mean salary for writers/creatives? You have previous experience in sg or are you moving to sg from another country? It depends
If I'm not mistaken it's around the 3.5 range for local mids depending on where you were from (agency) and what work you've done.
Right okay. How about Seniors?
Uncertain because it depends on your situation and what agencies. Senior levels seem to be where it gets fuzzy because there are some seniors moving from mid to sr and there are some sr who are former CDs (they get paid more obv). I have one friend at a local agency here getting paid about 20% more than another equally experienced friend at a smaller agency. Sorry if that doesn't answer your question but it's the honest answer :/ hope it helps a little
But out of curiousity , what about someone moving up from mid to senior. Im just wondering if I need to push the matter more
