Hey everyone, moral issue here. My older brother is struggling with money and his mental health. I’m not so good with the mental health stuff but I do have a Robinhood account that has ~5k in it that I could give him to help him feel more comfortable. I make a tc of about 100k at 25 and he makes 50k working 2 jobs at 32. I can make that 5k back later in life, it would mean more to help him now when he needs it. Thoughts? All comments welcome. NOTE: I did help him find a therapist.

This question might anger some, but not meant to be provoking. Does anyone else feel that half the jobs in tech (scrum master, project manager, product manager, etc.) are more hindering than helpful? I feel like productivity would sky rocket if we didn’t have 10+ hours a week added of admin work/agile ceremonies/status meetings, and you just let developers and analysts do their job. Two of my last three hotel stays have had incorrect charges added. I was able to get both resolved by calling and being polite but is this common or was I just unlucky?

The first we were given someone else's restaurant/bar charges. The second we were given a random fee for using a reward night that apparently was supposed to be billed to corporate but was instead accidentally billed to my card.
