Hi, Cleared CTS F2F interview (Jul 4). HR discussed package. Then received an email for a virtual interview for a different role, but it also asked me to fill CDF/CDF2 forms. Now waiting for BGV & offer. Questions: 1) How long does CTS take to initiate BGV and release the offer? 2) My last employer didn't provide Form 16, but my salary is reflected in my ITR and I have PF deductions. Will missing Form 16 cause BGV issues? Has anyone experienced this timeline or BGV issue? Thanks!

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. There is talk of bringing everyone back to the office full time and that’s not what I would like to happen. I’ve been searching for a new position in which it would be a remote role. My current company also said I am maxed out in term of what they are willing to pay salary wise.
