Have you ever stopped an interview mid way because you realised the job wasn't right for you at all?

Is $150-$160k base for a manager, partnership / BD role reasonable for someone with 4-5 years of experience? I’m currently around $125k and wondering if I should be negotiating higher in interviews given how hot the job market is and how tight the labor market is. These roles are all within the fintech space at companies with actual banking and financing products (non platform/marketplace)

I know there are a lot of people who are anxious about admissions consultants but let me say, they aren’t necessary. I got an interview at HBS without one, all I did was send my essays to a few friends who I trust to perform an in-depth review and give feedback. Much cheaper, and honestly more satisfying. Admissions consultants work for some people, but lots of people stress out about whether they “need” one-the answer is no.
