Hi,
Cleared Synopsys interview (all rounds).
Now HR informed me that company wide hiring freeze happened. Hence, they are not rolling out offer to me.
They will roll out offer to me once this hiring freeze is lifted. (Possible in June end/July).

Question to folks (Ex- Synopsys/Current Synopsys people):
Is it true that I will be given offer once this hiring freeze is lifted?

(Note: HR said in their system, my profile is marked as all rounds cleared

Yes hiring is freeze right now, but once they will start hiring they will definitely roll out offer to you since you had cleared all the rounds of interview.

With product design questions, I struggle to identify user groups. Once I do everything starts flowing and I’m confident. But the initial identification of user groups is something I find challenging. What’s your go-to way of doing this?
