Currently I’m working as a Salesforce Developer with 3.5 years - 12 LPA. In india how much can a Salesforce Developer quote for ECTC ?
I have told 15 LPA as expected and got rejected in many companies in the screening itself. May i know what is the range for this experience? Also please let me know the companies who go 15-18 lpa for this experience. Thanks!

I have 5.2 years of experience into Salesforce development and TechM was offering me 11 lpa ctc 5 months back....For some reasons, I was compelled to join CTS which offered me only 9.6LPA.

Now I realise that I am being underpaid and also I see no growth in the kind of project I am working with here in CTS....
