I have completed 1st Hackerearth, 2nd Technical , 3rd inPerson round and at 3rd round I answered 85%-90% question. How much time do you think it takes to get feedback 🤔 as I have given my last round on 13th June Friday.

Help me understand something fundamental about altcoins. For those coins that serve as defi projects with real-world use cases, why do they need to be tradable, and why do they have a fluctuating market value? In other words, why is each particular application or idea based on blockchain also something that can be bought and sold by people who are not involved in the project?

For those using voyager, does it take a really long time for deposits to settle? It's been like 1.5 weeks, my cash has been taken out of my bank account a while ago, but voyager still has all my deposits as pending.

I can still trade with the pending deposit, but I'm just wondering since I'll eventually withdraw some.

Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer. I was interested to go CA but scared in terms of job security, economic slowdown and a big change. Is it worth going to CA on contract basis job declining the full time opportunity in India.

Have opportunity to work in my firm’s London satellite office for about a year and a half, and then come back to NY headquarters. I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

Also he is doing DM to ppl and misbehaving with them . He is very much into that I should provide him my free services .

Dun know how do these people become VP in MS .
