I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I’m having my annual review this week. Any advice on how to handle a) job offer b) review?

Looking for advice fish fam. Deloitte vs EY-P. Same level - Manager/Director. EY-P pays $50k more for base and maybe $10 to $20k more as bonus. Currently at Deloitte. Is the extra $60-$70k worth giving up my network? Plan to stay in Consulting and hope to make SM/SD. I have a family and my wife is a homemaker. So money does matter.
