I am currently working as a Systems Engineer in an MNC. Recently, I received an offer from a BPO company with a 120% salary hike.

I am considering accepting this offer, but I have a concern. If I move to the BPO sector now in MNC, will it be difficult for me to transition back into the IT sector later?

I would really appreciate your advice or any similar experiences you can share.

So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
