I currently work as intern in one of the big 4, now I got an opportunity In deloitte with a package of 7.6l lpa (6l fixed, 1l joining ,bonus & 60k variable) for the same job role. it is through cmpus placement & recruiting us as freshers. I do have another 3 yrs of experience but it was for other role. considering the experience that i have ,is there any chance for me to negotiate in the salary?

The number of the alumni and current students that go to top consulting firms FT& summer intern are countless even for a small class size.
Stern is way more than a finance school. Given its location, do you want to spend your 2 years in a rural area or heart of Manhattan? Location is almost everything for business school. (I have a friend in Cornell that frequently travels about 5 hours to NYC for events.)

I’m a designer in the planning/landscape architecture dept. of a CE firm. Extremely frustrated that after 4+ years and multiple asks, I’m not getting the in-field construction experience I’ve asked for. I know that my designs could be better if I could see how things are actually built but I get slapped in the face with “I need you in the office designing/drafting” or “there’s no budget to have you go out” and then sends an intern to inspect instead. I’m 5 yrs out of college. Any advice?

Hello! Any tips on entering mid law or in-house in Cincinnati graduation. Currently, a 3L at a New York school (not top ranked), 3.17 GPA. I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job.
