They gave by default. I did not ask. I feel it's more of a bad or good depending on your because you are stuck for 3 years in case it doesn't work with you. But if it does, it's a good deal.
Your Data Engineer skill will be wasted here hike is too less, JB is hiring trap to make you work for 2-3 years to show less attrition rate.
If you want to just come to office chill and go home without learning anything then you can join. Best WLB because no work people will do politics and give shit reasons for less hike even if company is doing fine, you stay or go it doesn't matter here because aircrafts orders will be there.
If you really want to chill and no growth or no skill growth this all doesn't matter to you then join.
26 is low for data engineer with 7 yrs exp
You can negotiate more
You can do better with your exp and skillsets. Just a growth centric advice. Some typical practice and constant effort of making your profile mediocre will be tried out and implemented to establish control. This can slow down your career beyond your expectations.
Thanks for your inputs will definitely consider this
Yea but they are saying that is the max they can provide based on employee parity. I don't have any other offers yet, shall I sign this first and find other jobs or ignore the offer before signing it? Please suggest
@Airbus 2 what about 10+ years. What should be the salary range at Airbus for this experience??
