How useful is sponsorship as a negotiating lever for full-time roles? I realistically do not see myself going back to consulting after B school. I have to stay for 3-4 more months to keep my sponsorship but starting to seriously consider quitting ASAP

Responsibilities also include other non HR functions such as business dev., client relations and expansion, logistics. Currently studying for the SPHR and plan to take the GPHR as well. Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.
