Hi Everyone, I am losing my hope now. I have given 30+ interviews from Jan till now. I have cleared multiple L1 rounds for many companies and L2 for 2 companies, both of them ghosted. Mostly I got rejected in L2 rounds. I want to switch my job.. I am into testing having 6+ yoe and stuck at 11 lpa.. I am trying my best to learn from my rejections, improve my coding, and I am still unable to secure one offer. What to do ? Now I am feeling like I should stop trying for job switch

I am in lot of confusion right now. On 5th of Jan was my scheduled joining but didn't received any invite link and when enquired got to know that my BGC is in progress. I checked with all the employers of mine and they seems to complied with all the requirements from TCS, still it is in progress. So I am not sure what to do? Please help me.

My boss asked me what id like to do moving forward at work. The department im in has gone under many changes the past few months. I was really hoping the business would put me in a place they “need” me but instead it’s up to me…

Great India clearly supported Russia by abstaining on UNSC bill that condemns Russia.
Now India should not expect any support from the UN or the Quad if it is cornered by China eventually.

How to make resume more ATS friendly?

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.
