I completed my Values and Mindset interview with Barclays on 3rd June and have been waiting for an update ever since. I’ve tried contacting HR several times, but haven’t received any response.

It’s a bit frustrating as I took time off from work and traveled to attend the interview, which I felt went well. Since then, there has been no communication.

Is this normal in the Barclays hiring process? Has anyone experienced something similar? Any insights would be appreciated.

Why is Barclays the best organization to work with?

I have been hearing a lot that Barclays is one of the best organization to work for but no one is actually helping me in what terms it is better then other organization's. Can someone please share their thoughts here

No joining bonus for early joiners
No WFH set-up cost for new joiners
The organization does provide chair/monitor/mouse/keyboard for WFH ease but then we have to return it while leaving organization.
