Hi everyone, I got an offer released from KPMG with 27th April and mentioned they can extend until May 11th but my notice period is 3 months and my manager is very strict right now saying he won't reduce the notice period and my LWD is June 14th. How you think I can tackle this. KPMG HR mentioned that they won't keep my profile on hold also if i fail to join by May 11th, what do you suggest. BTW it's for analyst role in KGS under tax dept.

If in case the bonus letters are going to be out on lets say 5th November and I resign on the 6th. Will i get bonus?

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
