Deloitte(consultant ) :usi 16 fixed +10% variable
I am leaning towards Capgemini for WLB
Pls suggest as I am hearing negative reviews about Deloitte WLB.Thanks.

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?
