I don’t think cooking with any oil is “healthy” per se. If you don’t want to cook without oil, I guess it’s about finding the ones that are less bad for you. Be mindful of high heats as much vegetable oils release toxins and carcinogens after a certain temperature. For example, avocado oil is less bad to cook with
Baking and steaming. To answer Ops question. Grilling may be better than frying too
Avocado oil or coconut oil. I’m reevaluating my use of oil in general after reading some of these posts.

Fat is not the enemy! Your body needs fat. Bad fats (seed & veg oils are horrible for you, tho).
Look for cold or expressed olive oil, avocado oil, ghee and yes…coconut oil.
Having said that, I don’t deep fry food. But I do sauté and make dressing for salad and veg.
None. Any oil is inflammatory and not good. But some (olive) are marginally better than others.
Oil is like sugar. No amount no matter where it comes from is technically good for you
