I know cases rarely make it to trial anymore, but I’d like to develop my skills as much as possible to position myself well when they do. What does it mean if there’s a NEP at the firm who’s been there for a long time (20+ years), but never got promoted to EP? Never held leadership roles too. Does it usually mean EPs does not like the NEP enough to get promoted?
