Nope.. they just sent the letter. I declined it and dropped mail.. it was only 20% hike and I already held a counter offer.. there was no reply since then. They should not have made Tata technologies as their hiring partner :)

My experience:-
I currently work in the Software Factory team. Unfortunately, the experience so far has been disappointing. Most of the managers are non-technical, which makes it hard for them to understand the work we do, and they are also not great people managers. Even for a small WFH request, employees are made to feel as though they are begging.
The work culture feels restrictive rather than supportive. Despite the brand name BMW, the facilities are below average: there’s no gaming or relaxation area — only a carrom board kept inside a meeting room, which I haven’t seen anyone use till now.
Overall, it seems the brand name is big but the management practices are weak. Morale is low and many employees are actively considering leaving.

Regarding offer, they have sent a offer which is a little too low for my expectations. Is there room for negotiation or whatever they have sent is the last?
