As someone who has had a non traditional trajectory, I feel confident saying: 🤦🏻♀️. Although not all professional experience can be treated equal, four years is not equivalent to 25. You can’t rush time. Although one may get to experience many things in a short space of time, it takes a much longer amount of time to process and practice how to apply those experiences effectively.
That's some pretty exponential extrapolation. Maybe by the time he's 30, he'll have more experience than the rest of the industry combined.

He is conflating manager experience with craftsperson experience. I think we all know how good we are as craftspeople after four years, and it’s not equivalent to 25 years. So what’s obvious here is he’s either never made anything, or delusional about his own ability.
This whole response is sooooo defensive. Like...you *know* he knows he doesn’t have that level of skill.
This line is better “First, I had an older brother, best friend, business partner and CEO mentor…all in one. Without my brother, I would have never been able to do what I did.” No shit.
