I have 1.5 years of experience in the gasket manufacturing industry, mainly in the oil & gas and piping sector. I am currently working as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) with a salary of ₹2.4 LPA.

I would like to know what salary I can reasonably expect if I move to an on-roll position with my current experience. What would be a fair salary hike in the gasket industry?

Anyone follow watchmakers Kurono Tokyo and MING? Better yet, does anyone have a watch they’ve purchased from these two and any opinions!
