I have 7 years of IT experience and currently work at Capgemini, supporting Barclays as a client for the last 2 years. I'm considering applying for a permanent role at Barclays.

Has anyone successfully moved from Capgemini (or another vendor) to Barclays? Does Barclays absorb vendor employees? If yes, what is the process, and what CTC range should I expect or negotiate with 7 years of experience? Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
