Hi everyone, I have a PDM round with IBM for an Appian Developer role.
My current fixed CTC is 7.8 LPA (in-hand ~65k). I have 3.3 years of relevant experience in Appian (niche skill).

Can anyone share what to expect in IBM’s PDM round and what salary range is realistic to ask for at this experience level? Is salary discussed in this round?

Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.
