Hi everyone, I joined Capgemini on 7th Dec 2023 in the Industry 4.0 domain. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the 3-month training and was on the bench for 7 months. July I got assigned to a shadow project, but the work is mostly manual, similar to a data operator role, with no learning involved.
I’m eager to learn and work on any technology as long as I get to grow and develop my skills. I’ve tried reaching out to seniors but in vain.What to do I am confused?

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
