Hi everyone, I need some advice. My current CTC is X with a 90-day notice. I got an offer from ThoughtWorks but only with a 10% hike due to budget limits. If I resign now, I’ll lose my December variable pay of ₹3 lakhs and the increment as well. I’m confused if it makes sense to move just for the brand name thoughtwork with a small hike or stay and wait. Would really appreciate your suggestions as this is going over my head right now. Should i resign now or wait for some other offer . 6yr exp

HR discussion yet to happen.. In the meanwhile got another interview scheduled tomorrow frm TCS whose talent acquisition person told its a pan india location and any location can be provided...

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!
