I received a call on 9th April regarding the joining process for the Associate System Engineer role (Job ID: 96922) and was informed that I would get a follow-up within 2–3 days for ticket booking. However, I haven’t received any update yet.

Is anyone else experiencing a similar delay, or has anyone received further communication? Also, is this kind of delay normal in the process, or should I be concerned about it?

How important is a master's degree for your career? Can you have longevity and thrive in the tech world with just a bachelor's? Asking this because I've been preparing for CAT this year and I feel like my preparation is only good enough to get me around 90-95 %ile which is not enough to get a call from the top IIMs. I've been preparing alongside my job and its been a tough 3 months. Should I spend another year preparing and appear for CAT 2023 or should I give up and prepare for interviews?
